Refund policy
All of our products are made to order using a print-on-demand (POD) process. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including (but not limited to):
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor variations in color or print placement
Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
The only exception applies if your item arrives damaged or defective due to a production error.
If this happens:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue and your order number
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen afterward. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
Final Sale
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
