2. Products & Print-on-Demand
All products sold by Tersa Mati are made to order using a print-on-demand (POD) process.
Because of this:
- Production begins shortly after an order is placed
- Minor variations in color, sizing, texture, or print placement may occur
- Product images are for reference only
These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
- Prices may change at any time without notice
- Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other issues
4. Order Processing & Shipping
- Processing and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are not our responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
The only exception is for items that arrive damaged or defective due to a production error. In such cases, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including designs, logos, graphics, text, and images — is the property of Tersa Mati and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

- Engage in fraud or chargeback abuse
